Project Management
From concept through to delivery, we offer total project management covering an array of markets; high-speed, mainline, commuter, metro, light rail/tram and freight.
Using our professional project management skills throughout the whole cycle of projects, we undertake work from the initial planning phase, the identification of project requirements and interfaces through to construction, testing and commissioning and handover of the works.
We work closely with our customers to determine and implement their exact needs, forming close links with the nominated representatives to ensure that the key issues of cost, time, quality, safety and above all, customer satisfaction is achieved.
Following strict plans and having a clear project management structure, we deliver on time and to budget. Critical interfaces are integrated, controlled and delivered through experienced project teams. We apply these skills throughout all phases of a project to ensure compatibility of the systems, compliance with the project specifications and co-ordination of implementation.
On some projects we work together with other Balfour Beatty companies to deliver projects using the full range of the skills of the Balfour Beatty Group and work in alliances, partnerships and joint ventures with a total customer focused approach ensuring common project goals, a single point of contact and a co-operative interface management regime.
